OFFICE EQUIPMENT

Wherever you go nowadays in the business world, you will find an incredible variety of office equipment without which office activities would be very difficult and slow, and...... time is money!.

But then, how much do we know about these quiet helpers? Lets's introduce them. To begin with, there is the master of them all: the computer, also known as the PC or the terminal. We don't need to say any more. Then, there comes the telephone, the perfect match for the PC. From this " marriage", we've got a brilliant child: Internet, and the baby sibling, e-mail. Needless to say, the telephone has got another important combination: the facsimile, better known as the fax, and the voice mail, an in-company answering device, similar to our home answering machine. The family is also composed of other members. The shredder is a very useful machine to destroy papers which are no longer necessary but which contain confidential information that shouldn't be read accidentally, or not by other people.The photocopier is an invaluable ally to save time and an old friend of all students! Unfotunately, this helpful device is often misused, as when people photocopy books, thus harming the author's rights among other things.  

EQUIPOS DE OFICINA

Donde vayas hoy en día en el mundo de los negocios, encontraras una increíble variedad de equipos de oficina, sin la cual las actividades de la oficina serian difíciles y lentas... y el tiempo es dinero!

Pero, luego, Qué sabemos acerca de éstos ayudantes silenciosos?

 Vamos a presentarlos .Para empezar, el maestro de todos ellos: La COMPUTADORA, también conocida como PC ó TERMINAL .No necesitamos decir más.

Luego viene el TELÉFONO .El complemento perfecto para la PC. De éste "matrimonio" tenemos un niño genial: INTERNET y el hermano del bebé, "e-mail".

Ni que decir el Teléfono tiene otra combinación importante: EL FACSIMIL, mejor conocido como FAX.

Y el correo de voz, un contestador automático en la compañía, similar a nuestro contestador en casa.

La familia también se compone de otros miembros.

La TRITURADORA, es una máquina muy útil para destruir papeles que ya no son necesarios, pero tienen información confidencial que no deben ser leídos accidentalmente, ó por otras personas.

La FOTOCOPIADORA es un aliado invaluable para ahorrar tiempo y es un viejo amigo de los estudiantes.

Desafortunadamente, éste útil dispositivo es a menudo mal utilizado, como cuando las personas fotocopian libros, perjudicando así los derechos del autor, entre otras cosas.
